Whitespace Release 3.2 is now live!

Our latest release adds powerful controls and formatting improvements across the platform. Whitespace 3.2 introduces enhanced broker oversight with Approved Stamps, enforcement of mandatory defined data in contracts/templates, stamp addresses, and more flexible document editing with more ways to add images, and hiding section headings in exports.

Brokers can now enforce Approved Stamps, ensuring only pre-approved stamp options are available to brokers and underwriters when binding a contract. This gives teams tighter control over market engagement while maintaining consistency across business units. Stamps can also be linked to registered or invoice addresses, improving accuracy and aiding regulatory compliance.

We’ve also introduced Mandatory Defined Data — brokers can now require key data points be completed before contracts can progress to a firm order, helping support integration, automation, and reporting needs.

Formatting gets a boost too: users can now hide entire section headings from exported PDFs or Word docs, offering even more control over contract presentation.

Other improvements in 3.2 include:

  • Support for US date formats at organisation, template, and contract levels
  • Clear labels for orphaned and unshown data tag sections
  • Easier stamp descriptions for off-platform capacity
  • Drag-and-drop image upload under contract headings
  • More intuitive admin experience with searchable underwriter fields and alphabetised team/user lists
  • Further decommissioning of legacy placeholders, ensuring consistency with Defined Data tagging
  • As always, full release notes and platform guides are available in the Knowledge Base, now also accessible directly from the Admin portal
