Travel & General have over 20,000 policies on SCHEMATIC and add hundreds every day. Sales are handled by call centre staff in Belfast and back office processing takes place in London.
When Travel & General decided to use SCHEMATIC, they needed an insurance sales and administration system which was stable and which could be customised for their own business. The Directors also placed great value on installing the system quickly and accurately.
Despite tight deadlines imposed, SCHEMATIC went live in May 2005. Call Centre staff like the ease of data entry in the SCHEMATIC Windows interface. At the same time, staff in the London Head office can access the database located in Belfast and upgrade rates and run risk management reports.
Travel & General’s Directors need to make frequent changes to the products on offer, which entails changes to SCHEMATIC. They have been delighted with the quick response delivered by the Whitespace team. If an addition to the system is required, then the team are only a phone call away.
