Standard Modules
Schematic is designed to meet your individual needs in a cost-effective and timely manner. It therefore offers a range of standard modules integrated with the core application. The modules cover the following areas:

Document Creation: (fully integrated with Microsoft^® Word) Create and produce high quality, professional and consistent documentation (policies, schedules, letters etc.) with templates for each document in Schematic.

Document Dispatch: Schematic distributes batches of your documents automatically by printer, fax or email - reducing dispatch time and increasing efficiency.

Document Management: effortlessly archive documentation electronically for future reference and support future FSA compliance. With the extended search functionality in Schematic you can recover, for example, all documents for a given customer.

Management Reporting: (fully integrated with Microsoft^® Excel) Make informed decisions by producing regular or one-off reports (e.g. underwriting reports) from any data within Schematic. Regular reports have pre-defined templates for instant access.

Audit: Track and record actions taken by your staff to ensure FSA compliance. Schematic stores a complete and accurate history of all user changes, including logs of internal tasks.

Notes: List all the relevant notes for a given policy, and add notes quickly. Schematic will also insert AutoNotes for important or pre-specified tasks. This facilitates good auditing practice.

Diary: Make entries for agents, policies or claims on the Schematic integral diary. This will prompt you for action at a later date, reducing the risk of missed business opportunities and allowing you to deal with large numbers of outstanding tasks.
