   An Example: Active Claims Management.
In November 2002, Brian Johnston Insurance Brokers who provide NHS motor fleet cover, approached Whitespace to write an active management claims system. They chose Whitespace because the requirements of the contract called for in-depth risk analysis and enhanced reporting - not covered by existing products in the market.

Within 2 months of meeting, Whitespace had developed "Carisma", a windows based system running on an SQL server for only £12,000. It not only works to its original specification but also integrates with MS Outlook and can be easily enhanced to provide web compatibility if Brian Johnston require in the future. Peter Gray, Managing Director of Brian Johnstone envisages that in the longer term "Carisma" will save their customers money because it will enhance their Risk Management activities and help to reduce the number of vehicle accidents.
