Flatprotect is a dedicated, online quotation system for residents and tenants associations. The website allows customers to obtain a 'quick quote' in less than 15 seconds with the option to proceed and secure their cover instantly. Documentation is then forwarded to the client by email It was built using ASP.NET and SQL technologies and went live at the beginning of February 2007. Whitespace developed Flatprotect so that it offers extremely rapid quotes. They are saved so that prospective clients have the chance to print and quote and submit to the board before actually purchasing cover. The quote can then be converted to a live policy. Full cover can be issued within 4 minutes.
