Brian Johnston win renewal of NHS fleet contract

 

Brian Johnston & Co, brokers based in Surrey, won renewal of their NHS Motor Fleet Insurance contract this month.  A comprehensive NHS review introduced at the beginning of this year required many contracts to be re-tendered.

 

Using C.A.R.I.S.M.A. claims and risk analysis software produced by Whitespace Software, Brian Johnston have been able to provide a unique service to the NHS for over 2 years, which put them ahead of the field of candidates for the contract.

 

C.A.R.I.S.M.A., produced by Whitespace, enables Brian Johnston to provide a detailed claims analysis of fleets for each Trust, who can then act on that information to reduce the number and severity of accidents.  Repeat accident circumstances or drivers, can easily be identified, providing Management with the tools to take remedial action.  The Insurers also benefit from the reduction of claims.
