Copeland Insurance & Whitespace Software Limited
Copeland Insurance, leading special risk scheme provider, have just signed a contract with Whitespace Software for Schematic - a dedicated system designed specifically for the administration of special risk insurance schemes. Unlike standard pre-packaged software Schematic can be customised to match the unique processes for individual or multiple schemes.

Anson, states: “Using the Schematic system will give us a competitive edge as
we can outperform our competitors by selling
more policies, reducing costs, and bringing our products to market faster”.
Previously, Copeland Insurance followed the industry norm of developing software in-house to administer the unique processes for each of their schemes. Due to the high cost associated with this approach, Copeland Insurance required an external software provider.
Mr Anson explains, “Standard personal lines software could not compete for our business, as their software could not fit our unique business processes. We chose Whitespace because they have over 17 years’ experience in developing scheme software. The Schematic system is specifically designed for special risk insurance providers so it suited our needs exactly.”
