Claims Management System
Vehicle fleet insurance specialist, Brian Johnston, chose Whitespace Software to replace their existing administration system used for claims management. The old system was no longer supported and new functionality was required in response to requirements arising from a contract with their largest client. Brian Johnston needed to provide in-depth risk analysis and enhanced reports.The new user-interface gives an improved layout to data entry screens, providing a closer match with the paper claims forms that Brian Johnston receive, so speeding their input. It also provides analytical reports for all clients and shows how claims are being made and with what frequency. As a multi-location system, it now serves as the hub, covering Brian Johnston's associated accident management and uninsured loss recovery operations. Further enhancements include electronic data interchange (EDI) with Brian Johnston's partner Royal & Sun Alliance.
